Terms of Service 

Our commitment to you 

1. Scope of Work: Trusted Plumbing (ROC #361362) provides general plumbing services excluding drain cleaning. All work is performed to Arizona plumbing code standards. 

2. Pricing & Estimates: We provide upfront, flat-rate pricing. Estimates are valid for 30 days. Any changes to the scope of work will be discussed and approved by the homeowner before work begins. Pricing is subject to change with notice and approval.

3. Payment: Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Jobs over $1,000 require a 50% deposit to secure your date on our schedule.

 4. Warranties: We stand behind our work. Essential Care includes our standard craftsmanship warranty. Smart Choice and Total Care tiers include extended parts and labor protection as outlined in your specific service agreement. 

5. Homeowner Responsibility: The homeowner is responsible for providing clear access to the work area and ensuring the main water shut-off is accessible.
